Key responsibilities include:
Manage and nurture relationships with landlords and tenants throughout the property lifecycle
Process and follow up maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolutions
Prepare CMA’s and documentation for lease renewals
Issue lease agreements and manage tenancy administration
Monitor and manage arrears
Conduct exit reports and finalise tenancy requirements
Upload and maintain rental listings across online platforms
Coordinate tenant sign-ups and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
Provide exceptional communication and customer service to all stakeholders

You will ideally have:
Minimum 1 year’s Property Management experience
Current QLD Certificate of Registration
Current driver’s licence
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail
A reliable, honest, and proactive work ethic
The ability to manage a portfolio independently while being part of a supportive team setting
