Attractive hourly rate depending on level of experience
Fully remote role
3 month temporary with view to extension and/or permanency
The Role
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your role will include but not be limited to:
Coordinating a fortnightly payroll for approximately 1,000 employees
Reconciliation of pay and leave entitlements
Processing of new starter and leaver paperwork
Responding to payroll queries
Payroll salary increases and assisting with end of month and end of year activities
Administrative duties: filling, set up new employee folder, hand out starter pack, collect police check and reimburse police check expense
Ideal Candidate
You will have:
Previous experience with Dayforce is highly desirable though not essential
High level of attention to detail
Effective time management & organisational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively within a team environment
