Are you highly organised, thrive under pressure, and have a knack for keeping things moving? We’re looking for a Transport Operations Scheduler to join our team and play a key role in managing the day-to-day scheduling of our transport operations.
Immediate Start Available.
The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to:
Plan, schedule, and allocate daily transport jobs to drivers.
Monitor and adjust schedules to meet deadlines and customer requirements
Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and internal teams.
Pricing & quoting of work.
Maintain accurate records of schedules, job allocations, and performance data
Assist with problem-solving and provide quick solutions to operational challenges
Candidates must possess the following;
Previous experience in transport scheduling, logistics.
Solid organisational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace and adapt to changing priorities
Knowledge of transport compliance and safety requirements
Proficiency with scheduling systems and Microsoft Office and other online software.
