As a Facilities and Accommodation Officer, you will be responsible for delivering productive facilities management activities and overseeing minor works. This role emphasizes continuous improvement in service delivery, particularly in Soft FM services
Key responsibilities
Deliver productive facilities management activities
Oversee minor works and ensure continuous improvement in service delivery
Manage contracts related to cleaning, hygiene, pest control, grounds, and waste management
Ensure effective management and logging of annual periodical cleaning
Work collaboratively in a team
Skills & experience
Proven experience in facilities management or a related field
Robust capability in managing contracts and service delivery for Soft FM services
Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple projects and ensure compliance with standards
