The Role

We're seeking a proactive, organised, and warm-hearted Allied Health Receptionist to join our passionate team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring every experience is smooth, qualified and positive.

· Full-time position – Monday to Friday

· Full training and support provided

Key Responsibilities




Welcoming clients and managing their visit from start to finish
Booking, confirming and managing appointments, whilst maintaining an exceptional level of attention to detail
Answering calls and emails with warmth and professionalism
Supporting physiotherapists with daily admin tasks
Processing payments and handling client billing
Managing clinic software (training provided)

What You’ll Bring
Experience in customer service and/or admin roles
Solid communication and people skills
High attention to detail and excellent time management
A self-motivated, solutions-focused attitude
Intermediate computer skills
An interest in health and wellness (bonus!)
A positive team player mindset
