About the Role

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will coordinate employee training and inductions, maintain compliance records within our Learning Management Systems (LMS), and manage company and project training matrices and Training Needs Analyses (TNA)

You will work closely with HR, Operations, HSE, project teams, clients and external training providers to ensure workforce training requirements are met and maintained.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate employee training, inductions and competency requirements
Maintain training, licence and competency records within the LMS
Manage company and project training matrices and Training Needs Analyses (TNA)




Monitor training expiries and compliance requirements
Coordinate onboarding training for new employees
Liaise with employees, supervisors, clients and training providers
Prepare training compliance reports and workforce competency records
Assist with continuous improvements of training systems and processes

About You
Experience in a Training Officer, Training Coordinator, Training Administrator or similar role
Experience managing training records, training matrices and workforce competencies
Proficient in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office
Strong organisational and administration skills with high attention to detail
Experience in mining, resources, construction or a similar industry will be highly regarded
