South West Concrete Pumping is a growing Perth-based crew specialising in long-line concrete pumping, with jobs running from Perth to Margaret River and across South West WA.

We're hiring offsiders — no experience necessary. What matters is initiative: turn up on time, get stuck in, and we'll teach you the rest. This is genuine on-the-job training with a pathway to your truck licence and long-term roles, not a dead-end labouring gig.

What's on offer: excellent hourly rates, casual hours, outdoor work every day, and a tight, supportive crew. You'll work on everything from beachside builds to 300m+ long-line pours — some of the most engaging concrete work in WA.

Requirements: White Card; driver's licence and reliable transport (manual preferred, HR licence a bonus); physically fit and reliable; work references; permanent residency (we cannot accommodate visa holders).
