ICT Support / Project Officer – Federal Government

Canberra (Barton) | 100% Onsite | Baseline Clearance Essential

We are seeking an experienced ICT Support / Project Officer for a short-term Federal Government engagement in Canberra.

The role will provide hands-on ICT support while assisting with ICT projects, upgrades, testing and technology rollouts.

Key experience
ICT support experience within the Australian Public Service
Troubleshooting hardware, software, network, account and device issues
Microsoft on-premise and cloud settings
Supporting ICT projects, upgrades and implementations
Robust stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
Active Directory / Azure AD experience desirable
ITIL knowledge desirable

Current Baseline Security Clearance is essential.

Location: Barton, ACT – 100% office based
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract: 3 months + potential 3-month extension
Expected commencement: September 2026
