What You’ll Be Doing
Running end-to-end village operations (cleaning, housekeeping, catering)
Leading daily pre-starts and driving a robust safety culture
Managing large teams (50+ staff )
Handling rostering, timesheets & workforce planning
Overseeing stock control, ordering & cost management
Maintaining high service standards for clients
Using systems like INX / PeopleTray / Pronto
Supporting team performance, training & development

What You’ll Bring




Proven FIFO Village Manager experience (essential)
Strong leadership skills with large teams
Background in hospitality (Chef experience highly regarded )
Solid understanding of remote camp operations
Confident with reporting systems & admin tasks
Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
Experience in stock control, ordering & compliance

Requirements
WA Driver’s Licence
Approved Managers
Australian working rights (Passport / Citizenship)
National Police Clearance (within 4 months)
