About the Role

As a PCA/AIN, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care and supporting residents to maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Key responsibilities include:
Assisting residents with personal care and daily living activities
Supporting mobility, hygiene, nutrition, and hydration needs
Monitoring and reporting changes in resident wellbeing
Maintaining accurate documentation and care records




Working collaboratively with nurses and multidisciplinary teams
Promoting a safe, respectful, and supportive setting

Requirements

To be successful, you will have:
Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or equivalent qualification
Minimum 12 months' experience in aged care or residential care
Current National Police Check
Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
Relevant Working with Vulnerable People clearance
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
