Location: Domani’s Restaurant, 19 Tedder Avenue, Main Beach QLD

Salary: $80,000 per annum (plus superannuation)

We’re on the hunt for a Restaurant Manager to join our team at Domani’s Restaurant (Seakym Pty Ltd) and help deliver exceptional hospitality experiences to our guests.

About the Role

As our Restaurant Manager, you’ll lead a motivated and friendly team, ensuring our restaurant runs smoothly and every guest leaves happy. You’ll play a hands-on role in daily operations — from managing staff and service standards to ensuring compliance, hygiene, and an inviting atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all restaurant operations and shifts
Lead, train, and inspire a team of front-of-house and service staff
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-presented dining setting
Manage rosters, budgets, and stock control efficiently
Handle customer feedback with professionalism and care
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements




Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless service

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you should have:
A relevant Diploma or higher qualification in hospitality management (or related field) with at least one year of full time work experience in a similar role; OR
At least three years of full time, relevant experience in restaurant management without formal qualifications
Proven experience managing a busy, fast-paced restaurant environment
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
A positive, calm attitude under pressure and genuine passion for hospitality
