Silverchain is seeking an AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist to lead the Multidisciplinary Care team in the South West region on a 12-month fixed-term, full time basis. The role emphasises leadership and high-quality community care.
Based in Albany, Busselton or Bunbury, with a remote option from Perth and travel a few times per year. Working hours are 8am–4pm, Monday to Friday; a 9-day fortnight may be considered for the right candidate.
