Rivercity Maintenance Service is seeking a hands-on HR/WHS leader to drive people, performance and safety across our Brisbane‑based team. You will work with managers, develop staff, improve accountability and strengthen systems to support our growing business.
You will split time between office and field, guiding supervisors and technicians while aligning HR and WHS practices with regulatory requirements. You will also collaborate with external WHS advisors for specialist guidance.
