Talenza is partnering with a large, complex B2B services organisation to hire a Product Owner to lead end-to-end product ownership across the customer domain - spanning Sales, Service, Marketing and Contact Centre.
This is a true "single PO for the whole of Customer" role: you'll own the roadmap, drive delivery, and manage BAU enhancements across a platform landscape anchored by Salesforce and integrated customer channels.
You'll sit within the IT function, partnering closely with key business stakeholders to shape the vision and translate it into a pragmatic, deliverable plan.
The remit covers a connected ecosystem including:
Salesforce (core CRM/customer platform)
Website/CMS (Sitecore)
Contact Centre platform + telephony, with integrations into Salesforce
Marketing technology / analytics and connected customer tooling
There's a clear roadmap and vision already in play, and you'll take ownership of defining, refining and executing it - while also keeping the lights on via structured BAU and small enhancements.
Own the customer product vision and roadmap across Sales / Service / Marketing / Contact Centre
Run prioritisation, sequencing and outcomes with senior stakeholders (including non-technical audiences)
Lead delivery in partnership with technical/platform leads - shaping scope, dependencies, sequencing and the "how" (incl. practical architecture considerations)
Oversee BAU + small enhancements (and ensure the right work lands into the right release phases)
Work as part of (and help shape) a squad aligned to Customer Connect - delivering current functionality and enhancements across Salesforce and integrated systems
Bring the "consulting toolkit" when needed: crisp problem framing, solid storyboarding, and executive-ready packs - while still being hands-on in delivery
To be considered, you must have:
Solid Salesforce experience (hands-on product ownership around Salesforce ecosystems)
Demonstrated experience as an actual Product Owner (not just BA/PM), including:
Visioning + roadmapping
Delivery execution
BAU / enhancements management
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influence
Comfort operating in a less mature environment - you can bring structure without getting stuck in process
If you're a Salesforce-aligned Product Owner who can set direction, land outcomes, and thrive in a complex (and still evolving) environment - apply now.
