THE ROLE
Research and develop recent travel products that match the company's brand standards across all destinations
Create and implement strategies to increase sales and business growth
Build strong relationships with trade partners
Increase passenger bookings and room nights for each destination
Negotiate and secure exclusive deals with suppliers
Research and monitor travel trends to identify new opportunities
Analyse and package travel products to maximise profitability

THE MUST HAVES
Previous experience in a hands-on product role, management or coordinator position
Exceptional relationship managment and negotiation skills
Proven ability to meet KPIs
Top notch communication skills & attention to detail
Able to work 5 days in a CBD based office and travel when required
