Position Summary:

Westlink Fencing & Gates is looking for a qualified and experienced Metal Fabricator to join our team. The position is permanent and full-time. The ideal candidate should have experience in Metal Fabricating with outstanding understanding of different types of design, construction, and materials, as well as safety in a workplace workplace.

Main tasks and duties are as follows but not limited to,

●Reviewing plans to identify project needs and fabrication steps

●Determine metal specifications, such as materials and sizes

●Preparing, measuring, cutting, and shaping metals as per plans/design

●Construct metal sections, assembling, and ensuring all parts are properly aligned

●Installation and finishing of metal fence/gates





●Conduct final check and quality control of finished works

●Protected use of hand and power tools

●Adhere to workplace health and safety standards

Requirements:

●Trade qualification or relevant experience

●Be able to work autonomously and collaboratively

●Completes works to a high standard

●Able to use hand and power tools

●Share our business values to maintain a 'Good Name'

●Have attention to detail

●Ensure workplace safety requirement is applied
