Smile On Camp Hill is seeking a confident Practice Manager to lead a team of 6 clinicians and 6 auxiliary staff in a rapid-paced dental clinic on Brisbane's east side. You’ll stay engaged with patients on the floor, manage day-to-day operations and be the face of the practice.
You’ll oversee schedules, rostering, and stock, implement Smile On systems, and mentor your team while partnering with a Regional Manager and shared HR, Marketing and Accounts support to drive performance.
