The firm is expanding its IR/ER practice and is looking for a mid‑level lawyer to work with two partners and contribute to the practice. Responsibilities Litigation and bargaining work Advisory matters related to employment contracts and recruitment Employment conditions, AWAs,
and terminations (including dismissals & redundancy)Development of employment policies and proceduresEEO and OHS issues Qualifications Will be a capable lawyer with a successful history in IR and ER from a front‑end or litigious perspective, ideally with 3–7 years of practice (PAE).
