The Retail Assistant is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day retail operations of The Sewing Basket shops, assisting with retail sales and the functioning of the shop, including dealing with and assisting customers, taking sales, handling cash & EFTPOS transactions, assisting with stock supply and presentation in the shops. Role Responsibilities:

Provide support work to a team of employees, volunteers, employees we support to ensure and promote customer satisfaction in the retail outlet.
Assist in the day-to-day shop workflow organisation and functioning including stock presentation, measuring, and labelling of stock for retail display.
