Baptist Care is seeking a motivated and team-oriented Change Practitioner to join our People Strategy, Projects & Change team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will partner with stakeholders across the organisation to support successful delivery and adoption of strategic projects and change initiatives.
Reporting to the Change Lead, you will apply ADKAR-based methodologies, develop change plans, identify impacts and enable smooth implementation while upholding Baptist Care's values.
