We’re looking for a passionate Assistant Venue Manager who loves being on the floor, backing their team and creating memorable guest experiences. If you thrive in fast paced hospitality and bring great energy to every service, this could be the perfect next step.
The Chance
You’ll work closely with the venue leadership team to keep daily operations running smoothly, service standards high and the team engaged.
This is a hands on role where you’ll have the chance to make a genuine impact, build your leadership capability and help drive the success of a busy, high volume venue.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading front of house operations across busy services
Supporting food, beverage and overall venue performance
Motivating, mentoring and developing a vibrant hospitality team
Creating exceptional guest experiences from arrival to last drinks
Handling guest enquiries with confidence and professionalism
Maintaining solid service, compliance and presentation standards
What You’ll Bring
Experience as an Assistant Manager, Duty Manager or established Supervisor
A confident and engaging leadership style
A genuine love for being present and hands on during service
Experience across clubs, pubs, bars or high volume hospitality venues ideal
