We're looking for a Cruise Product Manager to join the My Cruises Product Team and play a critical role in developing compelling, competitive, and commercially successful cruise packages.

Reporting to the Cruise Product Development Director, you'll work with leading global cruise partners to design products that inspire customers, drive performance, and strengthen our position in the cruise market. What you'll do:

Develop and deliver competitive, high-performing cruise holiday packages across global destinations.
Conduct market research and identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences to inform product strategy.
Package cruises with flights, hotels, land tours,



and value-added inclusions to maximise customer appeal.
Build and manage relationships with cruise lines, hotels, and land operators, negotiating competitive pricing and exclusive offers.
Support pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and product launches to drive commercial performance.
Monitor booking trends, customer feedback, margins, booking velocity, and ROI to optimise product results.
Oversee the accurate setup, maintenance, and governance of products within internal systems and resources.
