The Alpine Hotel Bright in Bright, VIC is seeking a motivated Apprentice Chef to join our busy kitchen team and begin a national-qualifications chef apprenticeship. You’ll learn from experienced chefs in a quick-paced hotel, gaining hands-on training and a nationally recognised qualification.
You’ll assist with cooking, learn diverse techniques, and follow food safety standards in a friendly, supportive team setting. Weekend/evening work may be required as part of the apprenticeship.
