Capital Transport Group is seeking a Fleet Relations Officer to manage subcontractor recruitment, training and compliance within the Fleet Management Department. You will ensure sub-contractors meet quality, safety and policy requirements and that training is completed during induction.
You will maintain accurate records in the HRWeb Portal and TMS, conduct interviews, manage incidents, audits and attendance, and collaborate with internal teams to support reliable service delivery.
