You will help establish the pastry kitchen from day one, partnering with the Head Pastry Chef to craft desserts that showcase bold flavours and high quality.
In this role you'll mentor the pastry team, uphold strict standards of quality and consistency, and contribute to an outstanding dining experience from the very start.
