We're hiring an experiencedLead HVAC Service Technicianto support commercial and industrial facilities throughout theBirmingham, Alabama metro area.
This role is ideal for a skilled HVAC professional who enjoys troubleshooting complex systems, working independently, and delivering exceptional customer service.
You'll work on a variety of commercial and industrial HVAC equipment while helping customers maintain reliable, efficient building operations.

What You'll Do
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and system evaluations.
Service and maintain HVAC equipment, mechanical systems, and controls.
Identify equipment deficiencies and recommend repair or replacement solutions.
Complete service documentation and maintenance records accurately.
Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
Communicate professionally with customers regarding equipment conditions and recommended repairs.
Maintain a high level of workmanship and customer satisfaction on every service call.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years of commercial and industrial HVAC service experience.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Experience servicing commercial HVAC equipment and mechanical systems.
Knowledge of HVAC controls, preventative maintenance programs, and equipment reliability practices.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls effectively.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record preferred.
OSHA 10 certification preferred.
