National Disability Insurance Agency in Campbelltown NSW is seeking APS5 Auslan Service Officers for the National Contact Centre to deliver accessible, participant-first support via the Auslan video service.
You will connect directly with Deaf and hard of hearing participants, navigate the NDIS, resolve enquiries, and provide high-quality assistance within rotating shifts.
Hybrid working arrangements may be considered.
