We're looking for a Duty Manager who can bring energy, confidence and strong operational skills to the team while helping us continue to deliver the experience our locals know and love.
What You'll Be Doing
Running shifts acrossbar, bistro, gaming and functions
Leading, motivating and supporting the team during service
Creating consistently excellent guest experiences
Managing guest feedback professionally and confidently
KeepingRSA, RSG, licensing, gaming and WHS compliancefront of mind
Jumping in wherever needed to keep the venue running smoothly
Taking the lead when the Venue Manager is away
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as aDuty Manager, Supervisor or hospitality leader
CurrentRSA and RSG




RMLVor willingness/ability to obtain if required
Experience working within a busy, multi-faceted hospitality venue
Strong understanding ofliquor licensing, gaming compliance and WHS
A confident, hands-on leadership style
Someone who stays calm, organised and solutions-focused when things get busy
Availability to worknights, weekends and public holidaysas part of a rotating roster
Most importantly, a genuine passion forhospitality, people and great service
