The Opportunity
Reporting to the FP&A; Manager, you will support financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance analysis, while partnering with stakeholders across finance and operations to drive informed decision-making
Key Responsibilities
Prepare budgeting, forecasting, reporting,
and performance analysis.
Deliver executive and board reporting with clear financial insights.
Analyse revenue, operating costs, capital expenditure, and key business drivers.
Partner with finance and operational stakeholders to support decision-making.
Maintain financial models, controls, and reporting tools.
Drive process improvement and reporting automation initiatives
About You
CA/CPA qualified with 3+ years' post-audit financial analysis experience.
Strong experience in balance sheet reconciliation, cash flow reporting, and inter-company analysis.
Commercial acumen with excellent business partnering and communication skills.
Proven ability to deliver insights in a complex, large-scale organisation.
Experience with financial systems (e.g. Oracle, Power BI) highly regarded.
