Please note: This is a permanent, full-time role on 3 day, 12-hour shift structure within a 24/7 manufacturing site.

Key Responsibilities
Perform specialised maintenance and diagnostics across packaging and production equipment
Own and improve preventative maintenance programs for your area of responsibility
Coach and support operational teams with technical expertise




Lead scheduled and breakdown maintenance, including execution of maintenance days
Ensure machines are set up correctly and contribute to continuous improvement of plant capability
About You
Trade qualifications with proven exposure to manufacturing environments within food/beverage, pharmaceutical, FMCG or complex industrial manufacturing
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, you know how to ask questions and uncover problems with pace
Safety focused and process-driven mentality
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications
