National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is seeking Auslan-fluent professionals for the National Contact Centre Auslan Service Officer role.
You will deliver accessible, participant-first support via video, handling inbound/outbound calls, email, and webchat to assist Deaf and hard of hearing participants with the NDIS.
This APS5 role involves rotating shifts, comprehensive training, and versatile hybrid working arrangements.
