With a fleet of drivers operating across Melbourne and surrounding regions, we provide reliable and efficient transport solutions to our growing client base.
As our operations expand, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Fleet Manager to join our leadership team on a full‐time basis in Newham, Macedon Ranges.
The position offers a market-competitive salary range of A$75,000 to A$85,000 per year.
As the Fleet Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily management and strategic coordination of our vehicles and drivers.
You will be responsible for ensuring that our entire fleet operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies.
Your day‐to‐day responsibilities will involve maintaining vehicle service schedules, coordinating repairs, monitoring fleet performance, and supporting our drivers to ensure seamless transport operations across Melbourne and surrounding areas.




To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in transport, logistics, or fleet coordination, along with exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
You will work closely with our management team to optimize routes, manage vehicle maintenance costs, and support the ongoing growth of our transport services.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
Overseeing the daily operations and strategic coordination of the 1 Stop Transport vehicle fleet.
Managing vehicle maintenance schedules, servicing, and repair logistics to minimize downtime.
Ensuring all fleet activities comply with applicable safety standards and transport regulations.
Collaborating with drivers and internal staff to maintain efficient and reliable transport solutions.
Monitoring fleet performance metrics and identifying opportunities for operational improvement.
Supporting the leadership team with administrative and logistical tasks as the business expands.
