The Role
Working alongside one other experienced Conveyancer, you'll take ownership of your own matters and manage a busy residential conveyancing workload from start to finish.
The role will suit someone who is confident in their technical knowledge, enjoys working autonomously and takes pride in providing a high level of client service.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing residential conveyancing files from commencement through to settlement
Preparing and reviewing contracts and related documentation
Liaising with clients, agents, solicitors and other stakeholders
Managing searches, enquiries, settlements and post-settlement matters
UsingLEAP and PEXAto manage files and settlements
Maintaining accurate file management and ensuring deadlines are met
Providing practical, professional advice and keeping clients informed throughout their matter
Managing a busy workload while maintaining a high standard of work
About You
You'll be an experienced Conveyancer who is comfortable managing your own files and can hit the ground running.
Ideally, you will have:
Solid experience in residential conveyancing
The ability to independently manage files from start to finish
Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and settlement requirements
Experience withLEAP and PEXA
Excellent communication and client service skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
The confidence to work autonomously while being a collaborative team member
A genuine pride in the quality of your work

$80,000 - $95,000 package, depending on experience
