Dial in grinders and maintain consistent espresso quality throughout the day
Froth milk perfectly and pour high-quality coffee efficiently under pressure
Deliver exceptional, friendly customer service to regulars and recent guests
Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic coffee station
Work collaboratively as a reliable team player

Proven experience in a similar fast-paced barista role
Strong ability to handle high-volume periods with a positive attitude
A genuine, infectious passion for coffee and the hospitality industry
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Absolute reliability and punctuality for early morning weekend shifts
