An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Conveyancer with 4+ years' experience to join a well-established large boutique law firm in the Melbourne CBD.
The firm handles mid-tier equivalent matters, offering exposure to high-quality and complex work while retaining the culture, accessibility and collaborative workplace of a boutique practice.
The Role
You'll manage a varied portfolio of conveyancing matters from commencement through to settlement, working closely with clients, agents, lenders and other stakeholders.
You'll also have direct access to Partners and senior practitioners, giving you the support and guidance to develop your skills while taking ownership of your matters.
About You
4+ years' conveyancing experience
Commercial conveyancing experience preferred
Candidates with predominantly residential experience encouraged to apply
Strong knowledge of Victorian conveyancing processes
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong client communication and relationship management skills
Ability to manage matters independently and meet competing deadlines
Professional, proactive and commercially minded approach
