Your Next Role

We have high expectations of our team, but in return,



you'll be supported with a great commission structure, an experienced Settlements and Credit team, industry-leading tech and mentoring from our Head Brokers and Directors.
You'll receive some leads from the business, but we also encourage our brokers to build their own referral networks.
If you're still developing your network, no problem – our experienced team will guide and mentor you on how to build one.

As a Mortgage Broker, your duties and responsibilities will include...
Preparing lender servicing calculators
Conducting relevant policy research
Obtaining lender-specific pricing
Researching and shortlisting lender and product options
Liaising with lenders and clients throughout the application process
Applying credit and lender policy
Collecting all required documentation for loan applications
Creating loan submissions
Submitting applications to lenders
Ensuring applications meet established lending guidelines
Building and maintaining referral networks to generate your own leads
Requirements for the Role
Existing financial services experience, ideally as a Mortgage Broker or Banker
Cert IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking
Excellent communication and strong problem-solving skills
Clean credit and police checks
