We are currently seeking an experiencedSite Supervisorto join aTier One contractoron a major hospital project inGeelong.
This is an immediate-start contract position running through to theend of ****, with the opportunity to work on a high-profile healthcare project within a strong project team.
About The Role
As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day delivery of the project on site, ensuring works are completed safely, to a high standard and in accordance with programme requirements.
Supervising subcontractors and site-based trades
Coordinating day-to-day site activities and sequencing
Monitoring progress against programme
Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with quality and safety requirements
Coordinating with Project Managers, Site Managers and subcontractors
Assisting with site documentation, inspections and reporting
Identifying and resolving site issues as they arise




Maintaining strong communication across the project team
About You
Proven Site Supervisor experience within a Tier One contractor
Previous experience working on large-scale commercial construction projects
Healthcare / hospital project experience is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of construction methodology, site coordination and subcontractor management
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A strong focus on safety, quality and programme
Ability to work effectively within a large project team
Relevant construction qualifications and tickets
