Job Summary
We are seeking the services of a skilled Technician to join our dedicated team.
The position involves the service and support of our Ricoh range of print devices and associated products.
This role requires a proactive approach to customer support and maintenance tasks.

Key responsibilities
Onsite installation, programming and setup of photocopiers and printers
Provide onsite technical support to our customers
Diagnose and repair copiers and other office equipment
Provide exceptional customer service to clients
Train clients on how to use copiers and other office equipment
Maintain accurate records of all service calls and repairs
Requirements
Experience with Ricoh products preferred but not essential
Solid technical skills and knowledge of other office equipment




Proficient in computer networks
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Valid NSW driver's licence
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry under health and safety management
Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time
Ability to work in various environments, & complete site compliance when required.
Salary
up to $85,****** negotiable commensurate with experience.
