About the role
You'll be responsible for running a high performance location like it's your own business.
From team development to sales results and visual presentation, you'll ensure every customer leaves with an exceptional experience.
This is a hands-on management role where no two days are the same.
Key responsibilities:
Lead, motivate and develop a team of casuals and supervisors
Drive sales and KPI achievement while maintaining exceptional service standards
Oversee daily operations including stock management, merchandising, and rostering
Coach and mentor your team to ensure consistent performance
Maintain a stylish, on-brand shopping environment
About you
You've worked in fast-paced retail and understand what it takes to lead a team and deliver results.
You're confident managing sales, operations, and people,



and know how to inspire your team while keeping customers happy.
Essential skills & experience:
Leadership experience in fashion retail an absolute MUST!
Experience leading and developing teams in high-volume environments
Strong commercial mindset with KPI-driven results
Hands-on, organised, and proactive
Flexible to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
