We're currently looking for anenthusiastic and customer-focused team memberto join us in our Dromana store.
About the Role
You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive excellent service whether they visit us in-store, call, or place orders online.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
Assisting customers with product enquiries, orders, and quotes via the counter, phone, email, and website
Liaising with internal team members including other branches and sales reps
Processing incoming goods and handling transfers and dispatches
Maintaining stock levels and monitoring inventory
Operating point-of-sale systems and handling cash
General sales support duties




Availability to workalternate Saturday mornings (8:00 am – 12:30 pm)and occasional overtime
What We're Looking For
A strong 'can do' attitude and willingness to learn
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable and proactive approach to customer service
Confidence using computers and sales systems
Previous experience in a similar retail or trade environment preferred.
