We are seeking an experiencedTechnical Trainer / Field Support Specialistto join our growing NSW team.
This role is ideal for a hands-on technical qualified withfield installation experience and a strong background in technical product training.
About the role
Deliver technical training ongas hot water, heat pump and heating productsto contractors, plumbers and Rinnai employees.
Develop and maintain effective training materials, programs and technical documentation.
Provideonsite technical and field supportto our warranty contractor network.
Troubleshoot and resolve escalated installation, product, service and customer enquiries.
Complete workshop product conversions and support product incident investigations.
Ensure warranty contractors meet requiredcompetency and quality standards.
Work closely with internal stakeholders and undertakesome regional travel.
About you




A relevant trade qualification inplumbing, gas fitting and/or refrigeration.
Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of thedesign, installation, servicing, operation and repairof gas and heat pump hot water, electrical and/or refrigeration appliances.
Demonstrated experience deliveringtechnical product training.
Strong planning, organisation and prioritisation skills together with excellent communication skills.
A practical, customer-focused approach and the confidence to provide technical support in the field.
