This role is ideal for an experiencedTechnologyOne Functional Specialistwith strong hands-on capability across theTechnologyOne CiA Corporate Enterprise Suite (CES)and experience supporting business-critical applications acrossFinance, Asset Management and Procurement.
What you'll be doing:
Configure, maintain and optimiseTechnologyOne CiA CES modules
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
Provide specialist technical and functional advice across TechnologyOne solutions
Support application integrations, includingERP and ETL integrations
Work with business stakeholders, Module Owners, vendors and project teams to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions
Lead continuous improvement across system performance, reliability and user experience
Support user roles, profiles, permissions and security requirements
Assist withUAT, defect triage, cutover, go-live readiness and post-implementation support
Develop training materials,



user guides and knowledge-base documentation
Support application change and release activities in line with organisational processes
What we're looking for:
Strong hands-on experience withTechnologyOne CES / CiA
Experience withBusiness Process Automation (BPA), Crystal Reports, ETL processes and XLOne reporting
Strong application configuration, integration and support experience
Experience maintaining business-critical enterprise applications
Working knowledge ofMicrosoft Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint and Office 365
Knowledge ofAPIs, Logic Apps and Azure Service Bus
Experience withPowerShell scripting and automation
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Relevant IT, Computer Science or Software Engineering qualifications, or equivalent industry experience
