Your new role
We are seeking experienced Business Analysts and Senior Business Analysts to join a high-performing transformation team.
Working closely with business stakeholders, project teams and technology specialists, you will:
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
Analyse and document current and future state business processes
Gather, prioritise and document business requirements
Develop user stories and acceptance criteria
Support solution design and business process improvement initiatives
Contribute to business readiness and implementation activities
Build strong relationships across multiple stakeholder groups




Support the successful delivery of complex transformation initiatives
What you'll need to succeed
Demonstrated experience as a BA or Senior BA
Strong requirements elicitation, process mapping and workshop facilitation skills
Experience working on enterprise-wide transformation, systems or ERP-related initiatives
Ability to write user stories, acceptance criteria and business requirements documentation
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Experience operating in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments
A proactive and collaborative approach to problem solving
Highly regarded:
Local Government experience
Exposure to large-scale enterprise platforms and transformation programs
Experience working across multiple business units within complex organisations
