About the Role
We are seeking an inspiring and committedPrimary/Secondary Arabic, Islamic Studies & Quran Teacherto join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have a deep appreciation for the school's Islamic ethos and a passion for developing students' academic skills alongside strong character and values.
This position involves teachingIslamic Studies, Arabic language, and Qur'aninto classroom learning.
Teachers are supported by subject coordinators and an experienced leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons aligned with theVictorian Curriculum (VCAA).
IncorporateIslamic values and worldviewinto daily teaching and student interactions.
Foster a caring, respectful, and spiritually uplifting classroom environment.




Collaborate with theArabic and Islamic Studies departmentsto ensure consistency in student learning.
Assess and report on student progress using school-wide standards and Compass (or equivalent platform).
Participate in professional learning and whole-school initiatives that promote academic excellence and faith-based growth.
Qualifications and Requirements
CurrentVIT Registration.
Bachelor of Education (Primary) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Sound knowledge of theVictorian Curriculum (F-6).
Commitment to upholding thevalues, mission, and Islamic ethosof the College.
Ability to teach or supportIslamic Studies, Qur'an, or Arabicis highly a must.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
