Are you an experienced Mechanical Project Manager looking to take ownership of a major project from its early stages?
Or perhaps you're delivering smaller-scale projects and looking for the opportunity to step up into larger, more complex work with the support of an experienced leadership team.
An opportunity has become available with one of NSW's leading privately owned Mechanical Contractors to join their team as aSenior Project Manager.
You'll take ownership of the delivery of a$15 million healthcare project, joining during theearly design phase.
This is a genuine opportunity to influence the project from the outset, build robust relationships with key stakeholders and drive the project through to successful completion.

The focus is on early contractor involvement, strong communication and building long-term partnerships rather than adversarial project delivery.

Comprehensive in-house support including mechanical engineering, experienced Site Managers and Project Administration teams, allowing Project Managers to focus on delivering successful projects.
Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of a major healthcare mechanical services package valued at approximately$15 million.
Manage the project from design development through procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.
Coordinate with the client, builder, consultants and subcontractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
Manage programme, budget, commercial performance and project reporting.
Lead and mentor project staff while working closely with engineering and site teams.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
About You
We're open to speaking with candidates from two backgrounds:
An experienced Mechanical Project Manager with10+ years' experiencedelivering building services projects within the NSW market; or




An ambitious Project Manager successfully delivering smaller projects who is ready to step into larger, more complex projects with the backing of an experienced leadership team.
You'll ideally bring:
Mechanical Services / HVAC project delivery experience.
Strong understanding of Australian construction practices and relevant standards.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience managing commercial aspects of projects.
A collaborative leadership style and passion for delivering high-quality outcomes.
