What You'll Be Doing:
Provide hands-on therapy to help clients improve their functional abilities, such as self-care, mobility, and daily living skills, mainly for podiatric clients.
What We're Looking For:
Strong work ethic and reliability (non-negotiable)
Physically fit and able to handle outdoor work all day
Attention to detail — takes pride in their work
Willingness to learn and improve
Experience in the allied health sector and Occupational Therapist background
Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy
Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
Commitment to ongoing career development and a passion for delivering high-quality, evidence-based care
The key tasks include:




Deliver occupational therapy services to NDIS participants in community settings across Sydney
Complete functional assessments, goal-based intervention and outcome reporting
Work collaboratively with participants, families and support teams to support functional capacity building
Maintain timely and clinically appropriate documentation aligned with NDIS & Aged Care requirements
Contribute to positive participant outcomes through practical, strengths-based intervention planning
Manage travel and scheduling efficiently within a community-based model
We require you to have:
Current, valid driver's license and own transport.
Minimum of 6-12 months construction experience required
Due to the security nature of some sites a police check and a working with children's check may be required.
Australian permanent residency or citizenship is required for this position.
