You will provide expert guidance on employee relations, workplace investigations, policy development, WHS, workers compensation and compliance.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will partner with leaders across the School to foster a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
Ideal candidates will have robust knowledge of the Fair Work Act and Enterprise Agreements, experience handling employee relations matters
