Experienced Property Manager - South-East Melbourne
A great opportunity is available for an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established and qualified real estate business.
This is a task-based Property Management role, meaning you won't be responsible for managing an end-to-end portfolio.
You'll work as part of a supportive team, focusing on specific areas of the property management process.
The Role
Assist with a portfolio of approximately ******* properties
Monday to Friday
Every second Saturday for approximately 2–3 hours, with time off in lieu
Work closely with the wider Property Management team
Maintain strong communication with landlords, tenants and contractors

About You
Minimum2 years Property Management experience
Strong understanding of Victorian tenancy legislation
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Reliable, proactive and able to work well within a team
Current Agents Representative Certificate
