Cafe Imports Australia is seeking a proactive Customer Service skilled to support our Sales team with sample dispatch, inquiries and order administration in a hybrid arrangement.
You will act as the day-to-day owner of house account relationships, ensuring accurate orders, timely responses and clear communication on ETAs and deliveries.
You will log sample requests, pack and dispatch coffee samples, and coordinate with Warehouse & Logistics.
