We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Administration & Clinic Coordinator to join our team in a full time permanent hybrid role, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
There will be some flexibility if part-time hours are preferred at minimum 30 per week for the right candidate.
Majority of work will be from home, with occasional work from the office or clinic as required.
This is a varied and important role responsible for the smooth day-to-day coordination of our administration and clinic operations across Australia.
You will be someone who takes ownership, thinks ahead and is confident making decisions and solving problems independently.
About the role
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing incoming phone and email enquiries and ensuring they are actioned promptly
Coordinating patient bookings, changes and notification lists
Planning and coordinating clinics across Australia, including staffing, travel and accommodation
Supporting clinic operations, including patient check-in, equipment setup and documentation
Working as a Medical Technician when required, including taking photographs of skin lesions and chaperoning patients
Using Best Practice and DermEngine systems
Identifying and implementing improvements to administrative and operational processes
Developing and maintaining process documentation and systems
Coordinating equipment, consumables and equipment handovers
Liaising confidently with staff, contractors, clients and medical professionals
Providing administrative and operational support to senior leadership

Previous experience in administration, operations coordination, healthcare administration or a similar role will be highly regarded.
